3.1 Ensure sufficient time is allotted for the journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. Berkhamsted Airport Transfers disclaims responsibility for delays arising from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the designated pickup time.
3.2 It is your responsibility to order a suitably sized vehicle for all passengers and luggage. No guarantee is provided for excessive luggage. A child, irrespective of age, is considered a single passenger.
3.3 Wheelchair access requests should be communicated during booking.
3.1 Our quote, based on information provided by you, excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the quote for substantial itinerary changes.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period after the landing time is included in the quote, along with airport parking costs. Any waiting time exceeding this will be charged at the standard Berkhamsted Airport Transfers rate.

Any dispute must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Berkhamsted Airport Transfers is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes beyond this timeframe.
